Individual Psychotherapy:

 

Meet one-on-one to process what you’re going through and develop new ways to cope and heal, and receive therapy for grief and other issues. Providers in practice are each highly trained in multiple modalities, including AEDP, EMDR, CBT, Psychodynamic therapy, Somatic Experiencing, Motivational Interviewing, and more, and will incorporate different techniques as needed (45-minute sessions).

Meaning-Centered Psychotherapy:

 

An evidence-based, structured 8-week individualized program designed to help patients, caregivers and mourners connect to greater sense of meaning and purpose in their lives, based on Existential and Cognitive Behavioral therapy principles. Prolonged Grief Disorder Therapy:
